ROB HARPER

I am a Sydney based motion designer.
My objective is to execute powerful visual experiences that are unique and extraordinary.

Besides having an easy going nature and sense of humour I am a team player with 8 years experience in design, 5 of those 8 in broadcast design and promo production.
Every project receives 100% of my attention and effort. I believe in asking the right questions and discussing the best possible solution for the client.

I’m able to take direction working both independently and collaboratively with teams
on site or remotely. I have a proactive can do attitude with a great eye for detail, composition, colour and typography. I have worked on TVCs, promo productions,
film trailers, info graphics and BD/DVD production.

Working at authoring/post houses and agencies has allowed me to gain knowledge
of the production process and equipment used with a good understanding of post production pipelines, processes and broadcast outputs. I mostly work with AE, Element 3D, C4D, Premiere/Final Cut, Photoshop and Illustrator. I find the new integration between AE, Element 3D and C4D amazing with no limitations from 3D to 2D graphics. My work focusses on the broadcast and film side more than print, however I love to design for print also.
